Located 6km from central Hamilton and 15km from Hamilton Airport, Zenders provides a purpose-built venue in a relaxed, semi-rural environment.
All of our function spaces are refined yet homely, have beautiful natural light through large windows, and include access to the expansive courtyard. We can cater for smaller private meetings to larger full-day conferences or gala style dinners. Zenders is adaptable to host any function.

CHOOSING ZENDERS AS YOUR FUNCTION VENUE
Having your corporate function at Zenders is stress-free - either choose an all-inclusive daily delegate package or a bespoke package.
Our corporate hire includes in-house furniture, outdoor furniture, in-house sound system with microphone, standard linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware, and notepads and pens. Kirsty, our function coordinator, is on hand to discuss your requirements.
19 or fewer guests | $85.00 per person
20 to 49 guests | $75.00 per person
49 or more guests | $65.00 per person
We offer standard packages allowing you a stress-free, streamlined planning process through to on-the-day delivery. Kirsty, our function coordinator, will work with you to ensure your needs are met and that your event is a success.
Our daily delegate packages are all-inclusive - your venue hire, catering, in-house equipment and furniture, and setup is included. If you have additional requirements, we will work with you to ensure that your space is perfect for your function.
Sometimes you need something a little different - and that is no problem at all!

Our head chef has put together a selection of delicious menus to tantalise your tastebuds.
Our menus are designed to fit every function style, taste and budget. We also cater to dietaries and special requests. If you're after something a little more special, discuss your ideas with our function coordinator.
Does your function require all-day tea and coffee? Or would you prefer cafe-style coffee? Will there be a post function networking event or a signature arrival beverage?
We have an extensive range of house beverages, including Good George tap beer, bottled beer, Villa Maria wine, standard spirits, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic options.
Zenders has five distinctive spaces available, or hire multiple spaces to accommodate larger groups or mixed activties.
Our function coordinator will be able to assist in determining which spaces work best for your function, but we invite you to visit to view the spaces for yourself.
We would like to pass on the universal appreciation for hosting our event so professionally. We continue to receive emails and phone calls from friends and family, all of whom rave about the venue, the staff and the food. By far the favourite was the food, closely followed by the venue itself which suited every age in our party (3 - 95 years) so well. Yet everyone also mentions the friendly, helpful staff as well. So we would have absolutely no hesitation in referring anyone to use your beautiful venue for their own event.
