Located 6km from central Hamilton and 13km from Hamilton Airport, Zenders provides a purpose-built venue in a relaxed, semi-rural environment.
All of our event spaces are refined yet homely, have beautiful natural light through large windows, and include access to the expansive courtyard. We can cater small private meetings or large full-day conferences and presentation dinners. Zenders is adaptable to host any event.

We also offer a Daily Delegate Package, which is an all inclusive venue hire, morning and afternoon tea,

Ideal for 60-180 people, seating banquet, cafe, theatre style or casual.
Its your call. With our rustic style bar and exceptional full catering available, we can promise magnificent service for any event.

Room hire from $300 per hour incl GST or view our Daily Delegate package.
THE ORANGE ROOM
Perfect for meetings, training days, presentations of 15-75 people.
All standard inclusions are WIFI, Microphone, large TV screen, lectern, and whiteboard, Beautiful rural views with wide open spaces for break out sessions, or relaxing between meetings.
Prices range from $200 per hour GST inclusive, or ask about our Daily Delegate package.
Perfect for board meetings, training days, or small group presentations of 2 -16 people.
Includes WIFI, TV, and whiteboard.
However, what makes this room special is it has an ensuite, kitchenette and your own private area to unwind.
Cafe coffees and menu available, or order from our conference menu.
