With views out to wide open green spaces, we are located 6km from central Hamilton and 13km from Hamilton Airport. Zenders provides a purpose-built venue, fully catered and licenced, in a relaxed, semi-rural environment.
All of our function spaces are refined yet homely, have beautiful natural light through large windows, and include access to the expansive courtyard. We can cater for smaller private meetings to larger full and multi-day conferences or gala style dinners. Zenders is flexible to meet your meeting needs.

THE ZAAL (Grand Hall)
Ideal for 60-180 pax, seating banquet, classroom, theatre style or casual.
Its your call. The Zaal is fully catered, bar included.
Wifi, microphone, AV,, large TV screen, lectern and whiteboard are standard inclusions.

THE ORANGE ROOM
Perfect for meetings, training days, presentations of 15-75 pax.
All standard inclusions are WIFI, Microphone, large TV screen, lectern, and whiteboard, Beautiful rural views with wide open Green Spaces for break out sessions, or relaxing between sessions.
Naturally, good wholesome food, filter coffee, herbal teas and fully licenced, make your training day, meeting or conference stress free.
Prices range from $200 per hour GST inclusive, or phone us for a negotiated rate that suits you.
THE BOARDROOM
Perfect for board meetings, training days, or small group presentations of 2 -15 pax.
Includes WIFI, ,TV screen, and whiteboard,
Beautiful rural views with wide open Green Spaces for break out sessions, or relaxing between sessions. Private bathroom and kitchenette attached. Cafe coffees and menu available, or order from our conference menu.
